Isola Communities broke ground on our Peralta Vista community in November 2020. This community will feature 135 studio, 1-, and 2-bedroom rental homes in addition to amenities like a fitness center, pool, outdoor barbecue area and fire pits, dog park, and more. Look for Peralta Vista’s Grand Opening in 2023!
Sobremesa Villas in Surprise, AZ
Construction on our Sobremesa Villas community began in March 2021. This community will include 150 studio, 1-, and 2-bedroom rental homes in addition to a dog park, residence center with a state-of-the-art fitness center, community green space, and more. Look for Sobremesa Villas’ Grand Opening in 2023!
